1. Meeting Opening

2. Financial Report

  • Estimated Ending Balance: $6,000–$7,000
  • Reserve Funds: ~$10,000 (untouched)
  • Main Fundraiser: Write-a-Check (~$25,000)
  • Additional Income:

  • Total Fundraising: ~$37,000
  • Focus on maintaining a balanced budget next year.

3. Budget Planning (2026–2027)

4. Parent Feedback on Fundraising
