Here’s how to join

1. Get Tom Thumb rewards card from the store.

2. click here to get the registration form where you will fill

 a. your Tom Thumb rewards card number

 b. under Charity to be added type in CRE PTO Charity 

                   #1408

 c. fill the rest of the fields.

3. Turn in the form at your local Tom Thumb customer service desk.
