Skip the hassle of door-to-door sales! The Write-A-Check Campaign is the easiest way to support our school. Every dollar you donate is 100% tax-deductible and goes directly to Canyon Ranch Elementary—benefiting our students, teachers, and school community.
Our Goal: $25,000
We suggest a donation of $50 per child to help us reach our goal and continue providing enriching experiences for all students at CRE.
Your Donation Supports:
- Classroom parties (Winter & Valentine’s Day)
- School-wide events (Field Day, Trunk or Treat)
- Enrichment programs (Creature Teacher, Earth Dome, author visits)
- Classroom grants (books, garden supplies, PE equipment, STEAM tools)
- Staff hospitality (luncheons and meeting treats)
- 5th Grade Graduation celebrations
Ways to Donate:
- Cash or Check: Return the donation form and envelope to your child’s teacher by October 17th.
- Online: Donate at CRE PTO website through October 17th.
- Zelle or Venmo: Zelle @ canyonranchpto@gmail.com and venmo @ canyonranchpto (QR codes can be found in the flyer). Include your child’s full name and class in the memo/notes section.

CRE PTO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your contributions may be eligible for employer matching.

- Dedicated Parking Spot: First 8 donations of $300+ enter (3 winners)
- Carline Royalty: First 6 donations of $450+ enter (2 winners)
Gift Card Raffles:
- First 100 donations of $50–$99: Entered to win a $100 gift card
- First 100 donations of $100+: Entered to win a $200 gift card
